• Recruit P/CHWs and review resumes
• Support P/CHWs mentorship development and provide interim experienced mentorship during system setup
• Deliver initial and ongoing P/CHW training
• Train supervisors in effective P/CHW
  leadership practices
• Maximize P/CHW reimbursement rates
