Visión y Compromiso (VyC) se reserva el derecho de usar cualquier fotografía / video tomado en cualquier evento patrocinado por VyC, sin el permiso expreso por escrito de los incluidos en la fotografía / video. VyC  puede usar la fotografía / video en publicaciones u otro material de medios producido, usado o contratado por VyC, incluidos, entre otros, folletos, invitaciones, libros, periódicos, revistas, televisión, sitios web, etc.

Para garantizar la privacidad de las personas y los niños, las imágenes no se identificarán con nombres completos o información de identificación personal sin la aprobación por escrito del sujeto fotografiado, padre o tutor legal.

Una persona que asista a un evento de VyC  y no desee que se grabe su imagen para su distribución debe comunicar sus deseos a los organizadores del evento.

Al participar en un evento de VyC o al no notificar a VyC por escrito de su deseo de que VyC no use su fotografía, usted acepta liberar, defender, eximir de responsabilidad e indemnizar a VyC de todas y cada una de las reclamaciones que involucren el uso de su imagen o semejanza.

Cualquier persona u organización no afiliada a VyC  no puede usar, copiar, alterar o modificar fotografías, gráficos, videografías u otras reproducciones y grabaciones de VyC sin el permiso previo por escrito de una persona designada por VyC.

Vision y Compromiso (VyC) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by VyC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. VyC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by VyC, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

A person attending a VyC event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organizers.

By participating in a VyC event or by failing to notify VyC in writing of your desire to not have your photograph used by VyC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify VyC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with VyC may not use, copy, alter, or modify VyC photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from VyC.
