Toward a healthy and dignified life
Join us for a free Senior Wellness Fair designed to support the health and happiness of older adults. Attendees will receive blood pressure screenings and hearth health guidance to help them stay informed and proactive about their well-being. Enjoy a fun and energizing session of bailoterapia, a dance-based activity that promotes movement, joy, and community connection.
