We invite promotoras
outside of California*
to attend this 45-hour virtual interactive training, divided into 9 sessions, participants will strengthen their skills and knowledge to more effectively carry out their role as promotoras.

Some of the topics include:

• Communication techniques to improve dialogue and mutual understanding.
• Facilitation and leadership of groups to create positive dynamics in the community.
• Adult learning styles and practice in popular education
• Inspiration for active participation
  in the community.
